MEMBERSHIP – JOHN POLAK; got payment from 3 more residents, total 206 paid,
PARKS – DAVE & CLORINDA LOVATO;
¨ Lacross players were laying equipment on sidewalk blocking it, they were asked to
keep the sidewalks clear and they were trying to do that.
¨ Clori called 311 and asked if instead of having the sidewalk “patched” by the
playground if they would just redo the whole walkway.
¨ The porta-potty has been taken away for the winter.
¨ Dave mentioned there is not enough light at the south east corner, would like to
get another light out there. Also mentioned that the lights we have go off often making
the park very dark.

SOCIAL – LORETTA SCHUH
· HOLIDAY PARTY; 40 people are signed up for the Christmas party. Will need to talk
to Foothills to let them know our final numbers and adjust the amount of food.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL – MIKE SCHUH: Nothing to report.
ISLAND/ENTRANCE – KAY REED; Hasn't needed to water much lately due to the
VILLAGE EDITOR – JANE BROWN: No report
BLOCK REPS – ANY: None present
Public Hearing about rezoning of property on S. Harlan. Rob Collins along with
other neighbors attended the latest meeting and will continue to attend the meetings.
Maro Casparian, Director of Consumer Protection from Denver Distinct Attorney's office

Saturday after Thanksgiving at 2:00 will be the time to decorate the front entry for
Christmas. All are welcome to come.
NOMINATIONS FOR OFFICERS
All nominations were for current officers and were unappossed. Motion made and
seconded, all in favor to elect nominees.
OTHER BUSINESS / ISSUES/ANNOUNCEMENTS
Since we have the funds, a motion made to have the lighting contest this year even though
we had decided “not” to have the contest. Kevin, Bob, Rick and Katrina will do the judging
on December 19th. Prizes will be 1st: $50, 2nd: $40, 3rd: $30.
